Welcome to Penseum! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Penseum application (the “App”) and its services. By accessing or using Penseum, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Penseum, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using Penseum on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Memberships and Payments

3.1 Free and Paid Memberships

Penseum offers both free and paid membership plans.
Paid memberships may include additional features, which will be outlined during the subscription process.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payments for paid memberships are processed via third-party payment providers.
By subscribing, you authorize Penseum to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.
All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3.3 Renewals and Cancellations

Paid memberships will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

4. Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our standard refund policy includes the following:

Full Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of purchasing a paid membership, you are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refunds: No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your membership after the 7-day window.
Exceptions: In cases of accidental purchases or technical issues, contact our support team for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to violating laws, infringing on intellectual property, or engaging in harmful behavior.
Penseum reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Penseum are owned by Penseum or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Penseum is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Penseum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
