Account Deletion Process

We’re sorry to see you go! If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps outlined below:

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Log in to your account: Make sure you’re logged in to your account on either our website or the mobile app (available on the App Store and Google Play Store).
  2. Navigate to Settings: Once logged in, go to the account settings section. On the web, you can find this in the top-right corner under your profile icon. On the mobile app, access your settings by tapping the menu icon.
  3. Scroll to the Bottom: In the settings menu, scroll all the way to the bottom until you see the “Delete Account” option.
  4. Initiate Account Deletion: Click or tap on “Delete Account.” A confirmation modal will appear asking if you’re sure you want to proceed.
  5. Confirm Deletion: Click or tap “Yes” on the confirmation modal to send a deletion request to our backend.

What Happens Next?

After you confirm your account deletion, a request is sent to our backend team. We process account deletions manually to ensure your data is securely and permanently removed from our system. This process might take a few days.

Once your account is deleted, all your personal data associated with your account will be erased from our systems. Please note that this action is irreversible.
